These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qukway website and your purchase or customization of products and services provided by Qukway.
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
1. Custom Products
Qukway specializes in custom mascot costumes and character products.
Most products are made to order according to customer-provided artwork, specifications, measurements, colors, materials, accessories, and other requirements.
Product images shown on our website may represent previous projects or examples. A final product may vary depending on the approved design, materials, construction, and customization requirements.
2. Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of quotation.
The final price may vary if there are changes to:
Character design
Materials
Size or measurements
Accessories
Quantity
Packaging requirements
Shipping destination
Shipping method
Other customer requirements
A quotation does not become a confirmed order until the required order details, payment terms, and design requirements have been agreed upon by both parties.
3. Design Confirmation
For custom projects, production will be based on the specifications and design information approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the design, colors, dimensions, character details, and other specifications before production begins.
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs or changes to the production schedule.
4. Customer-Provided Artwork and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use any artwork, logo, character, photograph, trademark, or other intellectual property submitted to Qukway.
You remain responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from materials supplied by you.
Qukway does not claim ownership of customer-owned artwork or character designs solely because they are submitted to us for manufacturing.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
For bank transfer / T/T payments, customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and bearing any applicable bank charges unless otherwise agreed.
An order will proceed according to the agreed production and payment terms after payment has been confirmed.
6. Production Time
Custom production generally requires approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the project and after the required design and order details have been confirmed.
Actual production time may vary depending on project complexity, quantity, design changes, approval delays, material availability, and other circumstances.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, shipping costs, estimated transit times, customs duties, and other delivery arrangements may vary depending on the destination and order requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
8. Product Quality
We make reasonable efforts to manufacture products according to the approved specifications.
Minor differences in handmade or customized products may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qukway shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, natural disasters, government actions, incorrect delivery information, or customer approval delays.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
